Cloud4 Migrates to Hosted Exchange 2010 SP2

Cloud4 this week became one of the first UK Hosted Service providers to update their entire Hosted Exchange 2010 platform to the very latest version of the solution, Microsoft Exchange 2010 SP2. Only 7 weeks after the launch of the new service pack, which will require all hosted service providers to follow suit, Cloud4 successfully built and tested a new Exchange platform and migrated all of it’s approximate 25’000 users to the latest version, which has lots of great benefits to its clients.
Head of Service Development Phil Donoghue said, “Its been a considerable amount of work and we’re once again really proud of our technical team for keeping us at the very forefront with regard to our Exchange 2010 Hosting. We saw the move as a step forward for us, allowing us to finally lay to rest our old 2007 platform, where a number of clients still sat who needed features now re-instated through the new SP2 service pack.
